The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action may be taken, are as listed below.
Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice. Unless removed from the
consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.
1. Declaration of Quorum, Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
2. Facilities Update
A. Finances
B. Canopies at Taylor Creek Elementary
C. Concession Stand at Lampasas High School
3. Personnel
A. Update on Elementary Transition
B. Possible Superintendent Vacancy
4. Adjournment
If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in closed meeting, the Board will
conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 (Attorney
Consultation 551.071, Real Property 551.072, Personnel Matters 551.074, Conference With Employees 551.075, Deliberation
Regarding Security Devices 551.076, Student Discipline 551.082, Employee Complaints 551.082). Before any closed meeting is
convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final
votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting. [See BEC(LEGAL)]

ReplyDeleteJust wanted to inform everyone that I will not be at the called School Boardmeeting this evening due to the meeting being scheduled for the same time asthe Books 'N Boots Gala Fundraiser for the Public Library. I already hadtickets for this event and feel that the library is a very important part ofour children's education which deserves our full support whenever possible.This called meeting being scheduled at the same time as this fundraiser wasdisappointing, but I trust that you all can understand and respect mydecision in this matter.
